Arabian Bread Pudding Dessert Recipe

Ingredients: 1. Bread (preferably stale or slightly dry) 2. Milk 3. Sugar 4. Eggs 5. Butter or ghee 6. Cardamom powder 7 Pistachios (chopped) 8. Almonds (chopped)

Cut the bread into cubes and soak them in milk.

Beat eggs, sugar, and cardamom powder in a separate bowl.

Melt butter or ghee and add it to the egg mixture.

Combine the soaked bread with the egg mixture.

Add saffron (if using) to the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and set.

Serve warm with a drizzle of rosewater (if using).
