Shehnaaz Gill's father Santokh gets ₹50 lakh ransom demand

Shehnaaz Gill's dad, Santokh Gill, says he got scary phone calls.

The callers threatened him and demanded 50 lakh rupees

Police in Punjab, India, gave Santokh 4 security guards to protect him.

But then, they took away one of the guards.

Santokh complained to the police, and they gave him all 4 guards back.

Police also mentioned there are 7 or 8 criminal cases against Santokh.

It's not clear why someone would threaten Santokh.

The police are investigating the threats.
